Personal data that we process
The instances in which we can process your personal data are – with your agreement in cases that we need to prepare a contract that you are a party in, if required by a legal obligation.

Email address

Most probably we will request your email address in order to forward to you a Confirmation email regarding a booking, invoices or further information that might be needed by you as a customer. All of this is done with your consent and will be stored for a period of six (6) years after you terminate working with us or decide to withdraw your consent (depending on which period is longer). Please have in mind that we might share your email with contractors of ours.

Home address

In cases when you are asking for / booking a service, you as a client of ours will be asked to provide voluntarily the full address where the service has to be provided, so we can locate it and carry out the service at the appointed day and time. It will be stored for a period of six (6) years after you terminate working with us or decide to withdraw your consent (depending on which period is longer).

Payment information

We request payment details, so we can charge you for the service. Although, please have in mind that this type of private information is encrypted after the amount due is covered. This is done only with your consent and no payment details will be held after the transaction is completed.

Professional Information

If the instance is that you represent a firm / company and / or make / request a booking on its behalf, your professional / employment details may be requested and processed by us. . All of this is done with your consent and will be stored for a period of six (6) years after you terminate working with us or decide to withdraw your consent (depending on which period is longer). Please have in mind that we might share it with contractors of ours.

Images / Photographs

There are situations where our company might require from you pictures to be shared with us in order to give you the best and most accurate quote. This can be done only with your consent for it and afterwards the pictures will be stored for a time period of up to 3 weeks.

Please note that in any case if you are re-directed to another website while using ours, we cannot be held responsible for their content or Privacy Policy.


The meaning of a cookie is – a small piece of data that can be stored on your device (like laptop, smartphone, etc) that allows our website to ‘’remember’’ you and the preferences you have. Session cookies are stored only for a short period of time (maximum up to half an hour after your visit). Persistent cookies on the other hand could be stored for up to a year after your last visit.

As we are a national company, operating in the United Kingdom, the personal data is stored and processed in the EEA (European Economic Area) in compliance with the active relevant EU legislation / personal data processing.

Right to be erased
This can be exercised if you with your information in our possession to be erased. This can happen in the shortest possible term – up to 1 month. Please note though that if the information is needed to support an active contract in order to preserve it as a legal one, we will not erase it until is not needed anymore.

Right to withdraw consent
This means that the consent you have provided us with in regards of your personal data could be withdrawn at any time, of course if not subject to a legal ground. Then the information will be erased in the shortest possible term. Please have in mind that your consent withdrawal does not mean that we have to delete any information that is based on a contractual relationship or other legal reasons.

Right of access
As a customer you have the right to ask and be told what type of personal information we have and process about you, as well as the following:

  • The reason why we process it that way
  • The categories of personal data that are used
  • Who has access to your personal information
  • The timeframe and reason for which your information will be in use
  • For the existence of any automated systems that are making decisions and profiling

Right of amendment
You can always request to amend an incorrect information in a months’ time, plus adding or completing any incomplete information.

Right to restrict the processing
Rather than erasing all your personal information, you could always request us to restrict the processing in case you:

  • Believe that the details we have are not right and this restriction is for a period of time in order to amend, rectify and verify that the information is accurate
  • You think that the processing of the information is unlawful, but you do not want to delete it
  • We do not require to process your details anymore, but you need them due to an establishment, exercise of defence of legal claims
  • You have a disagreement with the automated processing and decision making in regards of your details and a restriction has to be applied until we investigate if this is based on legal grounds or the right you have is overridden

Data manageability
You have the right to get back and recover the personal information that we have and process for you. You also have the right to request us to transfer your data to another controller if it was collected with your consent and if the processing happens automatically. And if we find it possible to do so.

Right to object
If you have any concerns, you have the right to object the processing of your data. This can be the case when the processing is based on an automated decision making, profiling and direct marketing. (All listed in How we process your data section).

Right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority
This can be done in a relation to the processing of your information. Even if the processing happens in a different country from the one you live in, you have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority.
